Self-Defense For Women

Ages 14 and up, Women Only

We need somewhere to talk and learn about predators and discuss safety. This class is your place. I combine self-defense with basic boxing techniques to give you a workout while learning. My philosophy is 5-seconds for Survival. This is a great class for girls leaving for college and one class can change their thinking though getting your defense in muscle memory and having your tools ready when you need them is vital. Low/Medium/High Intensity depending on your level

There are frank discussions about sexual assault and other subjects that you may not find appropriate for your high school daughter. Please be aware I don’t pull punches because that never keeps us safe.

Balance and Strength

Adult Men and Women

This class focuses on balance and strength to get you in shape and keep you there. This tends to be a class for older adults but things like weight gain and health issues can throw off our balance and help is needed. Low/Medium Intensity

Coach Debbie

By night, Debbie is the writer of more than 40 published novels. By day, she’s into all things health, fitness, and self-defense. As a nutritionist, Debbie specializes in auto-immune diseases such as Celiac, diabetes, RA, MS, and Parkinson’s. She also specializes in balance, coordination, strength and self-defense for women and girls. She taught self-defense at Payson High School this past year. If you want to balance on any imaginable surface including an agility ball, Debbie needs to be your coach. In her younger years, Debbie was a sex crimes and homicide Detective. Though she swears she wasn’t that much younger. Debbie takes self-defense seriously and would love to help keep you safe.
