6am – Balance and strength (low/medium intensity)
9am – Beginning kickboxing & self-defense (women only) (medium/high intensity)
3pm – Boxing conditioning (high intensity)
4pm – Sports conditioning (middle school & high school boys & girls (medium/high intensity)
5:30pm – Advanced kickboxing *must have previous/basic boxing skills (high intensity)
6:30pm – Krav Maga Style Self-Defense (high intensity)
Saturday January 18, 2020
9am – Mighty Warriors (ages 5 to 8) (medium/high intensity)
10:30am – Junior Warriors (ages 9 to 14) (medium/high intensity)
1pm – Beginning kickboxing & self-defense (women only) (medium/high intensity)
3pm – Balance and strength (low/medium intensity)
5pm – Aikido (low/medium/high intensity)
*Please wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Socks or bare feet are appropriate for boxing. All gloves, etc. will be provided or you can bring your own.
