Krav Maga Style Self-Defense

*Appropriate for adult men and women – medium/high intensity

Krav Maga Self-Defense comes with a little cardio, a little toning, and a lot of fighting!  Learn how to use both stand up and ground fighting to protect yourself and the ones you love.  This class will teach you how to recognize and respond to threats and how to apply techniques in high stress environments.  Open to both beginners and those with some knowledge, come enjoy some time on the mats reinforcing self-defense tactics.

Krav Maga Style Weapons Defense is for advance adults only. Basic knowledge of Krav style fighting is needed.

Weapons Defense

This is a class that will focus on defending yourself when attacked by an assailant with a weapon.  We will cover bats (and other swingable weapons), knives and guns.  This will involve less cardio, but dedication to repetition and precision.  Basic Krav/Self-Defense skill needed to take this class.

Coach Lisa

Lisa began training Krav Maga 6 years ago in Racine, WI.  After discovering how much she loved Krav Maga, she went on a search for other disciplines to train.  She found Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.  She was fortunate enough to train under an instructor from Brazil who studied at a genuine Gracie school.  Her self-defense classes combine a little bit of each discipline, but mainly rely on the Krav Maga she loves.  Lisa teaches basic and advanced self-defense and also classes on defending against weapons attacks.  When she’s not kicking or punching things, Lisa is busy with two sons, ages 10 and 7 months.
