Men and Women ages 16 and up
Boxing conditioning is 45-minutes of solid kickboxing-based conditioning combining punches, kicks, bag work, drills, bag tosses and anything that will keep your heart rate up and make you sweat. If you pay for a month of any fight class (Self-Defense for Women, Jeet Kune Do. Aikido, and Krav Maga Style Self-Defense) this class is free and meant to get you and keep you in shape. Run similar to Crossfit, you can workout at your fitness level with the day’s goals set for you. Medium/High Intensity
